The supply and installation stage involves procuring the selected equipment and materials identified during the design phase. This includes pumps, air blowers, pipes, filters, and other components required for the treatment plant. Our team of installation experts install and integrate these components, ensuring they are correctly positioned and interconnected to form a functional and efficient water or wastewater treatment plant, making it ready for testing & commissioning.

Testing & Commissioning

Testing and commissioning stage involves comprehensive performance testing to verify the system’s functionality and efficiency. Various tests are conducted to evaluate the treatment process, including assessing the removal of contaminants, measuring flow rates, and monitoring the system’s response to different operating conditions. Additionally, regulatory compliance checks are carried out to ensure that the wastewater treatment plant meets all applicable standards and guidelines. Upon successful completion of the testing phase, the plant is commissioned, officially approved, and ready for regular operation to treat wastewater effectively and safeguard the environment.

Our Working Process in 9 Steps

Our process of designing, engineering, and manufacturing of Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants:

1.Project Assessment

We conduct a thorough assessment of the project requirements, including site analysis, regulatory considerations, capacity needs, and treatment objectives.

2.Conceptual Design

We develop a conceptual design that outlines the overall layout, treatment processes, and equipment selection based on the project requirements and constraints.

3.Detailed Engineering

Once conceptual design is finalised, we proceed with detailed engineering, which involves creating comprehensive drawings & specifications for the wastewater treatment plant. This includes designing the treatment units, piping systems, electro-mechanical systems, control systems, and instrumentation

4.Equipment Selection and Procurement

We identify and select appropriate equipment, such as pumps, air blowers, aeration systems, filters, and control panels, based on the design specifications. Procure the equipment from reliable suppliers.

5.Site Preparation

Prepare the site for installation, including civil works, foundation construction, and infrastructure setup.

6.Installation of plants

After completion of procurement, we deliver the material on site and install the various components of the STP plant including pumps, air blowers, filters, piping systems, electrical panels, and control systems. We ensure adherence to quality control measures and industry standards.

7.Testing and Commissioning

We conduct rigorous testing of the entire system to ensure proper functionality, performance, and compliance with design specifications and commission the wastewater treatment plant, integrating all components and verifying their seamless operation.

8.Start-up and Operation

Upon completion of commissioning of plant, we initiate the start-up phase, where the plant is gradually brought online and optimized for efficient operation & provide necessary training to operators and establish maintenance protocols for ongoing plant management.

9.Performance Monitoring and Optimization

Continuously monitor the performance of the STP plant, including effluent quality, energy consumption, and maintenance needs & implement optimization measures as required to enhance efficiency and address any operational challenges.
